No audio

Check the selected output in Settings; verify Windows volume and that the TV/speakers are on the right output.

Video/karaoke starts slowly

If the PC is "connected but without internet", some network waits can slow the first video launch: update to the latest version (fixed).

Lyrics highlight too early

Update KaraDom: recent versions use smooth highlighting that follows the voice and reduces the early effect.

License shows inactive after an update

Restart the app: the license is found automatically in the user-data folder. If needed, re-enter the same key.

Unrecognized file

Check the format is supported. An MP3 with no lyrics plays audio only: use the synchronizer to add the words.
