KaraDom keeps itself up to date and, when needed, lets us help you remotely.
Automatic fixes
At every startup KaraDom receives the latest fixes (the splash screen shows «Updates in progress…»). In Extra → «Applied patches…» you see the list of fixes received; «Search updates…» checks right away for new ones.
New versions
Extra → «Check for updates…» compares your version with the latest and, if a new version is out, takes you to the download page. «Update» opens the page directly.
Remote support
- Extra → Remote supportAssistenzaKD opens (the first time it downloads by itself).
- Read out ID and passwordGive support the ID and password you see: we can connect to your PC only with those details and only while the window is open.
